Overall not a horrible experience , but I wasn't like " what great hotel ! " either . The bed was super uncomfortable , and the pillows equally as bad . Switched rooms , same thing . Also , no exhaust fan in bathroom in either room , which makes for a steamy shower . Hilton can do better

I’d stay again

Liked the hotel. Good location for me. Good restaurant. Nicely appointed. Quality materials. Helpful efficient staff The beds were saggy and probably need to be replaced. The drainage in the bathroom was slow and probably needed to be addressed.

Wonderful Stay at the Hilton

Our stay at the Hilton Naples was wonderful. Having Shula's steakhouse serving Breakfast, Lunch, and dinner on the premises is wonderful. The service and workers were exceptional and super accommodating. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, but some minor maintenance issues could be improved; however, they did not affect our comfort level in any way. We will probably stay there again on our next trip to Florida's West Coast. The Beach is only 5 minutes away by car, and it's a fantastic spot.
