You have to pay to use the tiny elevator. This is not in the listing!There are two separate bedrooms with king size beds. One bedroom is attached to an alcove with a futon. There is a washer and dryer, they're small compared to US and the dryer is condenser so you have to empty the water tank sometimes. The AC is only in the bedrooms so it struggles to cool the whole apartment. The place was fairly clean, showers need a scrubbing and floors were not really clean, little bit of an ant problem. The location is great, close to restaurants, metro and stores.
