Could have been better with a few minor updates.

It was difficult to find. The location was far from most sight-seeing activities so the bus is required to get anywhere but buses are jammed pack. The building is really old and several flights of stairs. This is a shared apartment. We can hear neighbors talking since the adjoining door is not sealed. Laundry machines were broken but we booked this location hoping to do laundry. Kitchen had no pots or pans and no cleaning soap. The receptionist was really nice and a fridge in the room was a plus.

Good deal and location excellent for daily trips

This B &B is oasis of quiet in the middle of run down Napoli. It’s very clean. We were here 5 nights with children. It’s conveniently located 3 minutes walk from Porta Nolana train station where you take Circumvesuviana to Herculaneum, Pompei and Sorrento. You can not hear any noise from street and A/C is working very well. WiFi is very fast. Breakfast was perfect for our family- hard boiled eggs, cereal, sweet rolls, Nutella and very good coffee. We were happy with our stay! Other travelers mentioned the area is run down; however there was presence of police and army every day so it felt not as bad. Expensive hotels are 3 minutes walk in Garibaldi but they are in the same area as this B & B. So book with Bonapace so you can save your money! Inside is beautiful and spacious. At least our room for 4 was huge and had fridge in it.

The property initially took us some time to find - only a small plaque next to a gateway shows where it is. Don't be fooled by the rundown appearance of the area as the propery itself is decorated to a high standard. Our family room was clean and comfortable. There was a homely feel and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The best part of this location was its proximity to the train/metro station. The area was very dingy and run down. One of the worst beds we have slept in. Internet was weak and sporadic. Room did not give the perception of cleanliness. You had to be Houdini to get into the shower. Breakfast was sparse.

Local area is a little bit seedy around the train station and the apartment building doesn’t look like much however inside the b&b is quite cosy. Breakfast is good although a little bit heavy on the sweet stuff and more savoury would be nice. Room was spacious and had s balcony. Very close to porta nolana station for trains to Pompeii and Sorrento.

Great location to train station

Secure hotel in a run-down area. Staff very helpful in arranging early check-in and early breakfast before departure. Room quiet, despite facing street, and was clean with adequate facilities. Very convenient for walking into historic centre of Naples and for local transport links.

we had a very comfortable stay with clean room comfy bed good air con and even a laundry service from the very helpful Sanju. the only downfall is the lack of lift but if your fit its not a problem. thanks for looking after us.

Good and not so good

Sixty stairs to room but staff helped with extremely heavy suitcase which was good. Comfortable bed, high pressure shower. Good breakfast, great coffee. Clean and as our room opened into inner courtyard quiet. The position is second to none situated as it is within metres of the circumvesuviana trains to Pompeii and Sorrento and within 100 metres to both the metro line and also Napoli Centrale where we easily caught the train to Rome. We had no wifi in our room (available in foyer) the whole four days we were there due to a glitch .... The area is definitely run down and feels a bit unsecure and uncomfortable. I would recommend to friends providing they knew these pros and cons.
