BRING YOUR BOAT! ENJOY THE HOT TUB! This ranch home is located on a canal with direct access to the Gulf/Naples Bay(no bridges). Amazing water sports access. In the cool/hip Bayshore Arts district! Great restaurants, Naples Botanical Gardens, boating, 3 miles to DT Naples and 4 to the best beaches. This is a perfect family/friends vacation spot. We have all the gear to enjoy this location. Quiet neighborhood/newly renovated/great views. Coffee/drinks on the patio + enjoy sun rise/sets. Lots of activities close by.

Great house and all the toys!
Loved our stay at this house Everything was as advertised Loved having the 2 kayaks to explore the canals The 6 beach chairs were in great shape and made it easy to head over to Naples Pier Beach- an easy 15 minute drive The house was clean and everything was updated and in great condition The 4 bikes were very nice to have as well In short, you will not be disappointed at this house!
