A Great Clean room near Napoli Centrale

I've stayed a couple of times at this Great clean room with a balcony, which is close to Napoli Centrale, shops, restaurants and an easy walk to the historic center. The hostesses are always polite and accommodating.

Comfortable room near Napoli Centrale

Great, comfortable room with a balcony, near Napoli Centrale. The hostess was very attentive, with fast communication. The only drawback was that the bed matress needs replacement, as it was sinking in.

The room was clean inside, but right at the entrance there is sewage odor. The area around the building is dirty and poorly maintained. The taxi driver told us to be careful in that area, especially at night. There was "free breakfast" advertised, but there were just couple of pieces of bread and biscuit, two coffee pods, and nothing else. We are very disappointed.

Would not recommend, especially if you’re a female solo traveler. Area is super sketchy even though it’s 10 min from train station and 10 min from Scappanapoli. Extremely noisy, you can hear every sound outside and it was loud. Host never contacted me on WhatsApp like she said she would (Roberta) so I had no way to communicate with anyone during my 2 night stay. Two older women greeted me upon arrival but the one that helped me to my room spoke zero English so she called Roberta and put me on the phone with her. I sent messages thru Expedia and only got one response the first day finally after 5 hours and needed the WiFi info asap. I also asked how to change safe code and she never told me. There’s no front desk. If you lose keys (thank God I didn’t) you are screwed because that’s the only way to get into the building. You have to go thru 3 doors (3 different keys) to get to your room, which makes me believe it’s super unsafe here. Shower was freezing. Bed not comfortable. AC was nice, and room was clean. I messaged the host to “do not disturb” but they still came into my room and cleaned. Also, if you have heavy luggage, good luck! You have to carry up a very long flight of stairs to get to the room. Overall, would not stay there again and glad to be out.

Great stay! The place is very central (20 min walk from the port and 10 min walk from central station). Very clean with a balcony! the owners were very accommodating and allowed me to check in when I arrived (earlier than expected). Definitely recommend this place! The neighbourhood is quiet and there is an amazing pizzeria 3 mins from there

The lady who gave us instructions was very friendly. We didn’t find issue to check in and check out. The location of the apartment is perfect to the main stations. We highly recommend it to anyone

Broken shower but everything else was great!

Almost a perfect stay. The shower was broken but it had a handheld extension so I had to shower with that, I rather they buy a working 99 cents shower head than the whole shower setup they have that doesn't work. I like to be left alone so after check-in in a had no contact with anyone from the room, I like that personality. It had a balcony with a street view. It was mostly quiet. It was a clean big room with a big bed. What they call breakfast is a basket of snacks with some milk and juice in the fridge. There is a smell that creeps in from the bathroom so keep the bathroom door closed. I had a great time but the broken shower was annoying.
