Disappointing

Toiletries provided only on day one, wifi not reliable which was very important has a business traveller. No Gym just a room with a treadmill and bike machine . Requested Fan, which never showed up ! Definitely not worth the stay nor value for money Shame as the cleaning staff where brilliant . The management needs to get it act together in terms of customer service and communication .
