The rental location was very clean! We very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others. The company is very communicative. I was happy that I had everything I needed to get into the rental and the little starter soaps and lotions were a very nice touch.

Wonderful Thanksgiving

We had a wonderful stay! Plenty of beds and rooms. We ordered Thanksgiving dinner from Fresh Market and the house had everything we needed to cook a wonderful meal. House is in a great location near everything we love about OBX. Would love to stay again.

2024 Cousins Trip

We were blown away! Loved the elevator, cleanliness and the location. Sent the Cottage information to many friends who want visit OBX.

Great 2nd row beach house

We had a lovely stay at this beach house. Right across the street from the beach. Views from the 3rd floor of the ocean. Elevator for ease of luggage and groceries and any family members with disabilities. Private pool and hot tub were great. Everything was very comfortable. The restaurant behind the property was not too loud at night and super convenient for dinner. Great location to beach, restaurants, shopping and other towns.

What a great week we had!

Thank you so much for allowing us a fantastic week in your beautiful home! The house met our needs perfectly and we could not have been happier. The top-floor living space was perfect for our family and the proximity to Blue Boon Bar & Grill was awesome! The elevator was a huge help for my grandmother as well as loading and unloading! We will definitely keep this one in mind again in the future!

Beach House

Nice property- short walk to beach access. Ocean is visible from highest deck between other houses- not semi-oceanfront. Clean and adequately appointed, elevator nice for heavy loads to 3rd floor area. Pool table and hot tub and small pool. Linens provided is nice- many beach houses do not. Suspect restaurant with large outdoor bar area right behind house would be noisy in busy season. No problem for us off-season.

Family Wedding Gathering

The home was perfect ! So close to the Wedding Event venue it made my visit wonderful. The home was clean, a full service kitchen, pool and hot tub all wonderful . One complaint the 1 Queen bed frame was broke when we got there - the bed could not be used. Really needed that bedroom :( Called for service - guy came and patched it up but the bed did not allow for use . The cleaning crew should exam that when making the beds to make sure they are useable . :(

Nags Head w/friends

The house was set-up just as it was described. Although we had a great time at the beach, I would like to address a few things that were very disappointing. 1. When we arrived at 4:10pm on Saturday, ALL 4 trash containers were COMPLETELY full, to the point that you couldn't close the lids. I called the office and was told to make sure the trash bins were placed on the street Sunday evening, for a Monday pick-up. 2. When looking over the pool area, 2 of the 4 chaise lounges were broken. I called the office and was informed that they would try to get 2 replacements within 2-3 days. The second day there, 1 chaise was replaced; but the second broken chaise lounge was left poolside. 3. The grill in the pool area was FILTHY to the point that we had to buy a grill brush and scrub the grill in order to cook on it. 4. One of the kitchen towels had stains all over it. 5. The king bed on the kitchen level squeaked horribly. You could not move or turn over, without hearing the squeaking. 6. There were blue marks from the pool sticks all over the walls in the basement poolroom. I understand that lazy people lean the pool sticks against the wall, instead of using the stick rack; but this should have been an easy wipe with a rag for the cleaning crew. We did enjoy our stay, but for the price we paid for 1 week, I felt that many of these items (if not all) should have been taken care of prior to arrival.
