Great stay

Great stay at Village at 74th in Myrtle Beach. Condo was clean and as described by the pictures. Centrally located and 2 minutes walk from the beach. Would stay again there.

Family at the Beach

It looked like the pictures, liced the location to the beach and all the attractions. We loved the garage and the elevator.

Very Satisfied

My family and I stayed with Saltwater Grande, and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. So much so, that we're already talking about meeting up in Myrtle Beach again, next year, and booking the same place. Definitely would recommend to everyone looking for a reliable place to stay.

Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was great and the location to the beach was perfect. The place is beautiful. I will say that we weee a group of 10 and there is no way 12 people could comfortably stay. I also wished there were more towels and some beach chairs available.

Great Trip to Myrtle

A large group of friends thoroughly enjoyed our golf weekend in Myrtle. The house is very nice & conveniently located. I would say that "sleeps 12" is a bit of a stretch (at least for 12 adults), so plan accordingly based on the layout of the rooms/beds. Thanks for a great weekend!

Very Satisfied

The townhouse was gorgeous. It was clean, well-decorated and had up to date appliances and furniture. You can tell the owners take pride in proving the best accommodations for their guests. The area is quiet and it's a very short walk to beach. It's close enough to all of the attractions but not too close. We enjoyed our stay.

Great place. Very close to the beach so we can walk directly there. Garage parking for cars and to clean your stuff when returning from the beach.Any questions I had were answered quickly by text.Would book again but directly with the property managers.

Very Satisfied

Our family had an amazing time while staying at this Saltwater Grande location! Everything was thought of for our stay! Host was super responsive before and during stay! We could not have asked for a better location, walked right to the beach in less than 5 minutes. The home is just as pictured, it's beautiful. Hosts were great in helping us find things to do locally and where to eat as well. We will definitely book with them again!

Very Satisfied

This place was very clean and exactly like the photos. It was only a 5 minute walk from the beach access and had a few little restaurants and convenient stores close by. Check-in was easy and they were quick to respond to any questions I had. My only negative is the water pressure in the showers was incredibly low, but other than that we had a great time! Easily accommodated all 10 of our guests. I would definitely stay here again!

The hosts were amazing left little to no questions needed to be asked. The property was perfect for my group of 6 in terms of accommodation and housing. The pictures don't do this property justice. Was everything we could've asked for and more .

The place Is beautiful right across the beach my kids loved it. The only thing there was no pool. I thought there was a pool due to the welcome poster they had in the house but other than that it was a very good stay.

Extremely Satisfied

Property was exactly as pictured. Very short walk to the beach (1/2 a block) and a short drive to all the other attractions we wanted to go to. The 2nd floor living space was perfect for the 4 teenagers I had with me and the 3rd floor master suite area was awesome for my own private space. The elevator was an added benefit when it came to arrival and departure with all the bags we had. I will definitely be staying at this property again.

Great place, close to the beach

Wonderful property! We had a great time. The only thing that could have been better is the towel situation. We were only provided 8 towels and wash cloths. 1 dish towel and dish rag for the kitchen. We had a party of 10 so showers were stressful with constant washing of towels.
