Overall an excellent property and would recommend anyone staying here. We will stay here again if we come back to this area. Only a couple small things. First, upon arrival the front desk had indicated we would be getting our room cleaned daily. After two days of no cleaning we were informed that the room cleaning is not a guarantee and would be cleaned if they had time. Second, the elevator system is elaborate and different. They were down or had technical difficulties for much of the time we were there. I assume this issue will be addressed soon.

Ocean Enclave is beautiful and has all the amenities you need. The staff are friendly, professional, and super helpful. We've stayed at several oceanfront resorts but the view of the ocean here is marvelous and unmatched. Based on a conversation we had with a manager, we know OE seeks to make continuous improvements. So, the one area that could use adjusting is the check-in access and process. We had to circle around the block because the check-in area was packed with cars. When I went inside, there was only one staff member checking in a line of guests. There is a paid parking lot across the street from the property that they may want to consider utilizing for overflow check-in space. Also, they could consider adding more staff during the check-in window or adding a mobile check-in process.
WARNING: This is a timeshare posing as a resort that puts guests that book via 3rd party apps in their worse rooms and their left-over ADA units. When asked about the discrepancy, they said it’s on first come basis. Excuse me?!? What’s the purpose of “reserving” a room? They also will not do housekeeping here. So if you want any fresh linens, towels, etc. You have to request. They do give you a broom so you can clean your own “four star” resort. We had a significant stain on the pull out mattress that they never addressed. They simply sent up sheets… nearly 16 hours after requesting. When asked why they have such poor service, they responded that the timeshare owners do not get any special accommodations, so they don’t want to provide any special accommodations to non-owner guests. Again, a warning. THIS IS NOT A 4-STAR RESORT. This is a timeshare. There is wear on this property that is evident, from not dusting lamp shades and lights, not cleaning filter, broken coffee makers, chipped and cracked floor tiles.
