Summer vacay

We wanted a place on the beach to relax for awhile and this place was that. It was dated and parking on site was a nightmare! We started parking across the street and that was much better. Overall, it was an okay place, nothing fancy and . We did enjoy our stay.

The condo did have a smell to it not sure what it was. Think it may have been coming from the AC. The condo was clean when we walked in. I would stay again if I know the place don't have a smell.

Cozy beach condo

We had a wonderful stay. Plenty of parking, 2 parking decks. Larger vehicles should park at the deck across the street, more room and height clearance. The complex pools, lazy river and hot tubs were great! Easy access to the beach. The condo had plenty of room and was well kept. The kitchen needed a larger frying pan. It only had one and it was very small. Other than that it had everything you would need. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Description of swimming amenities is deceiving

The condo was lovely and clean with a beautiful ocean view. The additional pool and hot tub were being rebuilt and were closed. The “adult” hot tub and lazy river were riddled with kids and parents ignored them. We had to avoid the area altogether.

Okay stay

The condo is decent, it is a little small. The elevators need air flow as when they were busy you get extremely hot. AC units drain water directly on to the balcony leaving standing water on the balcony. There was an ice machine directly outside of our door which was very noisy late at night and early on the morning.

The cleaning could be a tad better but overall it was great!I noticed there were stains all over the chair in living. Could be replaced or just removed.

Very dirty

We stayed there for 6 days. Since I checked in, the floors we’re disgusting. We ended up going to Target to get a mop to clean the floors. It took 8 swiffer wet cloths to clean it. I wish I could update a picture here. There is a disclaimer on the contract that we pay for the cleaning but if its not clean, they wont reimburse the cleaning. The resort was also very dirty. Elevator always super wet and gross with sand. All the days we were there didn’t see not even once someone clean the elevator. It was also very slippery due to the wet floors. Would not recommend at all. I did send the pictures to the host and all I got was thank you for the feedback.
