Newly renovated 500 foot frontage property on Lake Muskoka is a cottagers dream.
Weekly rental July and August only!
Nicely situated between two town centres in Bracebridge and Port Carling, it affords privacy and accessibility
The property consists of a main cottage with 5 bedrooms that accommodate up to 12 people and a smaller cottage (the annex)connected by a covered breezeway with 3 bedrooms for up to 6 more people
The main cottage has 2 full bathrooms and 2 powder rooms
The annex is self sufficient with its own living, dining and kitchen area as well as one full bathroom
There is a two slip boathouse if you'd like to byob (bring your own boat) for destination boating or rent one from local marinas
Close to amenities like golf, shopping, restaurants
Or just stay put on the lakeview wraparound deck
Fully winterized for your late fall leaf watching, snowmobiling, ice fishing getaway etc.
