We had a great stay. The house was clean, comfortable and just as described. The younger generation had a blast with the provided games. Several of us took the approximately 15 minute walk to the beach for our daily exercise. We were gifted with excellent weather in early March to enjoy the heated pool .Brock and Kim were easy to work with. Highly recommend.

Everything in the house was exceptional, host was really good. Beds and pillows were super comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed, arcade room had lots of games and toys for the kids. Easy check in. Elevator had no issues and everything was super clean. Would recommend 100%.

Perfect spot

The house was perfect for our group and the town had tons of family friendly things to do. The beach wasn’t as crowded and the house was an easy walk from it. The property manager was super nice and able to help with whatever we needed! Great stay!

December CCU Graduation

My family and I booked this house for our daughters college graduation. Us 3 families fit perfectly and had a wide variety of things to do. It was comfortable, affordable, and was in a great location as it was so close to our favorite place (The Marsh Walk)! There was even the cutest Christmas tree up with lights and teal ornaments that made it feel festive and 'at home'. There was great communication when we needed to speak with the owner as well. We would definitely book here again and encourage everyone else to.

Clean and New

Great stay at this new property. Everything is very clean and the rooms had large beds that made the stay comfortable for everyone. Lots of outdoor space with games and activities. Big driveway to fit multiple cars. Property owner keeps you well informed and is extremely responsive. Overall an outstanding rental.

We loved it! Pool and private back yard was so nice. Everything new and updated. The guest rooms are large and have king beds. Rarely find that in rental homes. Great location to everything. Many thanks!

Annual Family Vacation

Unfortunately, our trip occurred as tropical storm Debbie was rolling through the Carolinas. That being said, we were 11 adults, 1 toddler, and 2 dogs, trapped in a house for nearly a week and we managed to survive! The house accommodated us very well when it came to sleeping arrangements and having a large space to eat and hangout as a family. Brock was a wonderful host and did a great job communicating with us about what to expect with the storm. The covered garage(?) area on the lower level of house allowed us a space to get outside even with all the rain and we played A LOT of ping pong to kill the time. The pool, even though minimallly used, was awesome and same with the big backyard. Elevator was a huge help for moving luggage and family members who struggle with steps. The beach is half mile down the road and easily accessible. For more privacy you can a little further south to get away from the crowds. You’re right off 17, very easy to get tot he tracery store and restaurants. Overall, the house was great and helped make a rainy vacation an enjoyable one.

Blue Sands

This property is an absolute must to stay. Very clean and beautiful. Spacious rooms. Inground pool and small apartment on ground level make it very easy to have family pool time. Especially when your family has a newborn and a handicapped adult. Elevator was a saving grace for my son who is partially handicapped. And pool was pretty easy for him to get in. Thank you so much for renting your home out. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Retreat Vacation for staff and Clients

Most amazing property! The owners thought of everything. It will be hard to get out of bed in the mornings as they are sooo comfortable. Host is very responsive to any questions, but you shouldn’t have any. If I could give 10 stars I would. I rent a VRBO every year and this is on my top 3. Letitia Wilder

Great Family stay

The house is like new. We were 4 families and we had a wonderful time. Everything was clean and organized and the pool area was great. Easy walk to the beach and a garage to park your golf cart.
