Everything was great, but since there is limited front desk service, I had a moment of panic when I left the parking key with my room key in the secure box and I thought that I would not be able to leave until the front desk clerk arrived later. Luckily she arrived and retrieved my key, but it is unusual to have to retrieve the car and then drop the keys in the drop-box.

Awesome apartments

Our room was a very spacious 2 bedroom and was gorgeous. We checked in late due to a flight delay and that was a little tricky to figure out. Once e we got to the room we were very pleased. We only stayed one night with the intention to use the laundry facilities. We were able to do 2 loads of washing in the morning but were unable to use the dryers as the staff were using it. So we had to pack up our wet laundry and drove to a laundry mat to dry and fold out clothes. So if you don’t plan on using the Laundry machines this is a great place to stay!

Nice and neat environment.

The apartment was neat and comfortable. The air conditioning system kept blowing hot air when I needed it to blow cold. The hotel staffs were quite helpful but could not do much about the system.

Nice hotel in Munich

Hotel is a little out of the city so there isn't much to do around the hotel area. It is about 15 minutes walk to the train station and about 15 to 20 minutes to town via either the U-bahn or the S-bahn. However the hotel is easy to find and the staff were friendly and helpful. We had a studio apartment, which was on the small size but adequate for the time we spent there. Although our room faced the main road, we didn't hear traffic noise. Bed was comfortable although the pillows were a bit too soft (this seems to be common in Europe). There is a coin operated laundry in the hotel available for guests. There is also a supermarket underneath which has a bakery so it is easy to pop down for a breakfast pastry if you want. The apartment also has a small dishwasher.

We stayed with 4 kids for one night making our way to France. Very nice staff. Clean rooms. High end furniture. Would recommend.

Convenient, clean, good transportation, grocery!

Stay was great. Convenient access to underground or busses, great local Italian restaurant, room was clean, great shower, listed as " serviced", but only cleaned prior to check-in. No servicing other than emptying waste basket. No towel replacement in a week long stay. Woul loved to have paper towels in kitchen.

Our room had a nice terrace which looks upon a "green roof". Very nice. Hotel staff was very helpful. Convenient for getting to Munich conference center.
