The hotel was great and had everything we needed. The staff was 24/7 at the front desk and was very gracious. The room was extremely clean and the layout was nice. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bathroom and shower were great with good water pressure and hot water. The hotel offered complementary coffee from a good machine and a nice selection of tea bags. We didn’t take the breakfast option but it looked great with a nice selection. Would totally stay again.

Although the location was good and reasonably central I think the good parts end there. If you are looking for a quiet room/hotel do not stay here, faulty air conditioning meant we had to have windows open on the main road which meant sleep wasn’t possible for the duration of our stay due to the noise. We mentioned to front desk staff within an hour of arriving but were told they couldn’t do anything on a weekend, and that ‘air conditioning shouldn’t get cold’ by a member of their staff. We were offered the chance to move rooms but after being told air conditioning doesn’t make it cold there was no point as they obviously don’t care about air heir guests. Staff were also rude on occasions, and rooms were not the cleanest on arrival. Take some shoes to walk from shower to bedroom; or your feet end up black. All in all find somewhere else to stay. This hotel should not charge a standard price of £200 a night

Feels like home

We had a great stay at Citadines Arnulpark. The hotel is well-located, just an 8-minute walk from the S-Bahn and 1 minute from the tram station. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. While daily housekeeping isn't provided, you can easily request towels and toiletries at the reception. Our spacious room was perfect for four, and we appreciated the kitchen amenities, including a microwave, large fridge, and dishwasher. The central air conditioning took some time to cool the room, but it was comfortable. I felt right at home, especially with the silky smooth bedsheets. The pillow was a bit too soft for my liking, but overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Citadines Arnulpark to others.
