This apartment near Munich is 71m ² and is located in the southeast of the house. Since it is on the first floor, the large windows and the balcony offer a sweeping view of the paddocks, meadows and fields around Mischenried. In the distance you can see the Oberpfaffenhofen church tower.

By elevator this apartment near Munich can be reached without barriers. It consists of a large living room with kitchen, two bedrooms, a large bathroom and a balcony.

Breakfast can be enjoyed on the balcony in the morning sun and is equipped with a spacious flower box in which fragrant herbs grow all summer long.

In addition to a spacious and functional kitchenette and the dining area, there are also two stacking beds made of solid wood in the living room. These can be used as a couch during the day and are placed next to each other at night so that two people can sleep.

According to the Mischenried style, this apartment is painted in warm colors and completely furnished with high-quality solid wood. The beds are made so that even tall people can find enough space in them. Each bed also has a high quality mattress.

In order to make the technical equipment timely and simple at the same time, we have designed a sound bar with a Munich-based hi-fi manufacturer to combine with a smart TV. All functions are compact in the same device and can be operated using a remote control: satellite TV, radio, DVD, Netflix, Youtube and an HDMI connection.

What can we say, our week in this vacation home was nothing short of magical! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by an incredible atmosphere. The house is exactly as it appears in the photos, even more beautiful in person. Every detail has been carefully thought out, from the impeccable cleanliness to the furnishings that make you feel right at home. The highlight is definitely the location: perfect for exploring the area and at the same time quiet enough to completely relax. We enjoyed the garden at all times, from breakfast in the morning to aperitifs at sunset. We will definitely recommend it to all our stressed-out friends for a relaxing break.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung auf dem Reiterhof Gut Mischenried

Die Wohnung ist geräumig, sehr gemütlich und schön eingerichtet. Alles was wir für unseren Aufenthalt brauchten war vorhanden. Gut Mischenried ist ideal für einen ruhigen und erholsamen Urlaub zum entspannen. Auch für Familien mit kleinen Kindern geeignet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
