The “queen size” beds are not queen size. They are double size. Definitely much smaller than a queen. The mattress was extremely low quality and like sleeping on concrete. The bed was not stable. Beware, there is no elevator. The walls are paper thin. You can hear everything happening in the rooms beside you….even someone using the bathroom. The continental breakfast was not available. We didn’t know this until we got into the room. They were also remodeling, which we didn’t know until we got into the room. The remote to the TV didn’t work. We couldn’t figure out how to keep the air conditioning on because the controls were limited. We will never stay there again. If we could give it a zero rating, we would. If you require ADA accommodations, the doors don’t meet those requirements. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. Keep driving to Boise.

Check in staff (young man) was so thoughtful and efficient! Room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast was adequate with no hot offerings. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was spotless. I've never seen a bed made so well. The dining area was the most organized and clean I've ever seen. The staff were super friendly, engaging and organized.
