Flight delays meant we were arriving at 3 am and we were able to access our room via a keypad. Staff communicated quickly and with a good amount of heart when we asked for an extra hour to checkout because of our arrival time. Great property overall. We have stayed in a different hotel in the past but we are definitely going back here on our next visit.

We had a one night stay here in July 2025 as we had a late ferry over from Orcas. The room was absolutely fine , comfy beds , newly decorated , spotlessly clean. As others mentioned in the reviews, the decor is a little unusual. They went for a Scandinavian design with bare wood finishes and a kitchen sink instead of a traditional wash basin in the bathroom, but it somehow works ! Area is not as nice as others in the city, it's quite commercial, but still felt safe.
