"I recently stayed at this hotel in downtown Orlando. The property itself was clean and well-maintained, and the staff was generally courteous. Unfortunately, one issue completely overshadowed the positive aspects of my stay. At check-in, I specifically requested a room that did not face the street because I am a light sleeper and wanted to avoid traffic noise. The front desk employee told me no other rooms were available and assigned me a street-facing room anyway. As a result, I barely slept. Throughout the night, there was constant traffic noise, loud vehicles, and what appeared to be street racing well into the early morning hours. The noise level was excessive and made it nearly impossible to get any meaningful rest. While I appreciate the cleanliness of the hotel, a good night's sleep is one of the primary reasons people book a hotel room. Unfortunately, that did not happen during my stay. Had my room request been accommodated, my experience likely would have been much different. For travelers who are sensitive to noise, I would strongly recommend confirming that you can be placed in a room away from the street before booking. ★★☆☆☆"

"Front desk and management were super helpful with a last minute emergency during our stay. We had to check out a day early and the staff and management refunded us for the early check out. We had to leave early but we will make it up at this Inn for sure when we return. Thank you so much for your help! 😊"
