Come stay at this cosy newly renovated 3 bedroom two full bath chalet. Beautiful kitchen the wood work is amazing throughout the house. The upstairs has a huge loft for gaming, sleeping hanging out, ton of room for parking vehicles or a boat. Huge deck to grill, hangout, have a fire. Sitting within a private community called Balmoral one mile from a private beach that sits on Lake Winnipesaukee. Plenty of summer fun as well as winter fun. One mile from a private beach with a free boat launch. This beach has a volleyball net, bocce ball court. Bring your corn hole boards to the beach! There is a playground behind the clubhouse as well as a tennis court. Basketball courts are a few streets away. Such a vacation destination for all seasons.
Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a kitchen, a washing machine, and 2 bathrooms.
