Seul l'emplacement proche de la plage a été positif. Immeuble très mal insonorisé, mal isolé. Être en vacances et arriver dans une zone d'immeuble aussi moches que celles ci c'est assez frustrant et décevant. Logement de très moyenne qualité. Prestations minimaliste.

Pour deux personnes, l appartement est bien, pour 4 ça me semble un peu juste d autant que le clic clac dans le salon qui sert de couchage paraît vieillissant. Là résidence est proche de la mer. Quelques commerces de proximité. Je recommande.
