Wonderful apartment on the tropical coast (Playa Granada) 200 meters from the beach. Located in the middle of the Los Moriscos club golf course. A very spacious apartment with all the comforts to spend a great holiday or a quiet weekend. In the Albatros Residential you can enjoy a terrace of 90 m2 and unparalleled exteriors, green areas, large lawn areas, soccer, basketball, tennis and paddle courts, as well as a large saltwater pool with a special area for children. The apartment also has a large and easily accessible garage, games for children and free crib park.
