Best overall vibe and hospitality!

Suzana and her husband were so welcoming and kind! Her husband handled parking and moving our car, Suzana had a welcome drink and Turkish delights for us, and the hospitality was above-and-beyond! We’ve been traveling for 3 weeks and this was one of our favorite places to stay. Really wish we had been able to stay longer and can’t wait to come back!

Suzana and Nedzad were amazingly welcoming and gracious hosts. They were warm and personable. The room was beautiful, and the location was perfect. Everything in old town was right at your feet. I recommend this place highly.

I would say that finding the property and parking is difficult but the owners were so incredibly nice and helpful I still have to say 5 stars. He literally parked our car for us and tbh I would not have been able to drive that little path to the parking area.

A Hidden Gem in Mostar! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Villa Čardak—it truly exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, Suzana and her husband were incredibly kind and accommodating. They helped us drive the car right next to the apartment, and provided lovely refreshments which was a nice surprise! The location couldn't be better—just a few steps from the Old Bridge and the heart of Mostar—yet peaceful and quiet at night. The room itself was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with a large bathroom and everything you need really. You could see the a lot of care and personalized approach is put into rooms, which gives it a warm and welcoming feel. Suzana and her husband accommodated for our 7am check out, helped with the car again and she even brushed off bits of flowers that fell onto the car! Overall, the stay was awesome, the hosts’ warmth and attention to detail truly made this stay special. if you're heading to Mostar - this is definitely the place to stay!

We booked the Deluxe Room (699 sq.) for our family of three. We had a very comfortable stay. The place is clean, just steps from the Old Bridge yet quiet, and has a great view (we stayed on the top floor). You can reserve this place through Expedia and all payments are by cash to the owner. Susanne, the owner, is very caring and puts a lot of effort into running her hotel.

We loved everything about Villa Cardak. Suzana and her husband were lovely, and most welcoming!!! The location is literally situated in old town, very quiet for a great nights sleep, and a 3-4 minute short walk to the Old bridge! You could not ask for a better location or better hosts. THE place to stay.

This is a wonderful place to stay in Mostar. If you have a choice book a room here. And if you get a baloney room it’s even better! The hosts are wonderful and helpful. The location is only steps from everything you want to see in Mostar. I can’t say enough good things about our stay at Villa Cardak!

Lovely host greeted us when we checked in ,and helped park our car right in front of the apartment. In all honesty, you cannot pick a better location. We were right by the bridge and all of the walking areas with lovely restaurants. We were more impressed with our state, then originally anticipated. Highly, highly recommend.

Clean, simple room

Wonderful family run hotel. The room was clean and well stocked, we also had a balcony. Suzanna was a great host, very welcoming and helpful. Location is ideally situated close to the main bridge in town. One issue is getting your luggage to the hotel as taxis can't pull in front, so be prepared to carry your luggage over cobblestone roads and up the stairs at the hotel.

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. It is very close to Stari Most but is tucked away in a quieter area, so it’s the best of both worlds. But what stood out to me the most was the owner Suzana. She was so kind to me as soon as I checked in and offered me free refreshments as well as sightseeing advice. I explained my travel plans to her and how I was heading to Tuzla after, and she even offered to look into the best way to get to Tuzla for me. She followed up the next day and told me she looked at bus and train schedules for me, and even called a taxi for me at 5:30 in the morning when I woke up early to catch the train. Suzana is the kindest host I have ever met, and one of the kindest people I have ever met in general. She clearly cares so much about her guests and went far and above anything I ever would have expected. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.
