Amazing Place

Amazing home with the perfect location. Everything was spotless and very well maintained. The home worked out perfectly for 4 couples. The pool, the beach , the home. Well stocked with everything we needed. Plus 5 minutes from the airport. Well located on the island. You wouldn't even need to leave the house. Although we did.to visit other beaches. Will stay here again.

Exuma perfection!

This is such an incredible property, and we would 100% recommend and stay there again! Tons of outdoor spaces, everything you need to spread out and truly enjoy. On one of the most stunning beaches in Exuma, comfy beds, great TV/hangout area (comfy oversize couches), and a pro-stocked kitchen! We hired a chef our last night and even he complimented everything.The main house has 3 bedrooms (the bunk room is very small, but sleeps 2-3), living, dining & kitchen. The other 2 bedrooms are in stand-alone cottages detached from the main house. All are within the gates of the property. It felt very safe, and the location is great if you plan to explore the entire island. Communication was great, we had them stock the kitchen with groceries before arrival, and even rented the car thru them. It was all seamless and perfect!

Amazing!

This is by far the best home we have ever rented. Very clean! The house was very well stocked. Plenty of high quality dishes, pans, storage containers and all kinds of yeti cups to keep our drinks cold! We generally ate breakfast and dinner at the house. With exception of having Heather come and cook us an amazing dinner! She served us and cleaned up. She was amazing! Age range from 17-85. Everyone had plenty of room inside and out. Charlene was absolutely amazing!! She was so helpful and always responded to a question right away. We tried Tim’s on the Bay the first night we were there and did not have a very good experience. We chose not to return. Definitely rent a car so you can explore. We did the 7 beach excursion with Exuma water sports and it was amazing!!!! We can’t wait to come back!

Our stay in beautiful Exuma at Latitude Adjustment

Exuma and Latitude Adjustment was amazing! The house and property were beautiful on such an amazing stretch of quiet beach with the incredible blue water! Charlene was very helpful with arranging all the details for us such as stocking the kitchen, boat tour, a night with our own chef, massage, car rental, and a demonstration by Dave of how to harvest a coconut! It was a vacation with our whole extended family and we will treasure the memories for years to come!

Latitude for your Attitude!

We just returned last night from our stay and could not wait to submit our review and rave about Exuma, the property and the concierge, Charlene.I have been to several islands in the Bahamas and Exuma is now my favorite. The water, friendly people and number of activities available are awesome and Lattitude Adjustment is in the perfect central location on the island. The pictures of the listing are beautiful but honestly do not do it full justice. Fly fishing for bonefish, Done! Drexel Rolle and Stevie Ferguson are great guides. So many activities abound for family members who do not fish I can’t list them all. The ability to work with a concierge at the property was very helpful. We cannot say enough about Charlene the concierge!Beginning with her help with pre arrival groceries, rental car, and activity reservations she was there for everything we needed. Her communication was excellent and during our stay she would always respond promptly when we reached out. She was a big part of why our stay was so seamless. Thank you Charlene!!Without question, CANNOT WAIT TO RETURN!

Paradise.

We love our stay on this house beautiful view of the crystal water and beautiful sunrise. Charlene the property manager Made us fell right at home. She made our trip a lot easier by organizing our rental car and renting our boat tour. The best part is closer to the airport and downtown. Thank so much to the owner of the house. Truly Paradise!

Our family of 10 ranging from infants to grandparents had an amazing time staying in this lovely home. There was plenty of room for us to spread out and have our own spaces in the 3 separate buildings. The location is truly spectacular with the most stunning water you’ve ever seen. We were amazed by the how private the beach was, and how most days we didn’t see more than a few other people in any direction. The proximity to the airport was super convenient. We truly enjoyed our time here and hope to come back again in the future!

Fabulous Week!!

House was perfect for our group of 9 adults. The beach was even better than expected!! We travelled around the island and even boated around and the beach in front of the house was one of our favorite for sure!! An absolute dream to end the day in the ocean with everyone. Private and amazing!! Amenities at the house were exactly as pictured. Charlene was a joy to work with before and during. Would absolutely stay here again. We would just bring lots of bug repellant, so we could enjoy the outside more.

Beautiful house on an exceptional property. Beach is lovely. Everything went as planned and we enjoyed our stay very much. The only issue was the a/c unit in the bedroom behind the garage. It leaked water and the thermostat did not work. We made the best of it. I’d recommend this property to others

Nothing but Perfection

All I can say is WOW! Latitude Adjustment was by far the best home we have ever rented. Not only was the property/home equipped with everything we needed but the home sits on the most beautiful beach in Exuma! The manager and house keepers were so friendly and helpful with any questions we had at any time and the home was extremely clean and inviting. The beach is just a few steps away from the house and the sand/waters are absolutely breathtaking. My family is already planning our next stay at Latitude Adjustment!

Amazing Paradise

I have travelled extensively and I would say this was the most beautiful beach I have ever seen. I was worried about the fact that there isn't a lot to do in Exuma, but it was wonderful. We found so many ways to spend our time in this paradise. The house was amazing. Having three separate buildings was ideal for our extended families with kids and grandkids. The property manager Charlene was pleasure to deal with.

Such a well-equipped property!

In addition to a gorgeous beach and beautiful outdoor area, the house has just about everything you can imagine needing - kayaks, paddle boards, snorkeling gear, multiple areas for beach loungers, lots of coffee and cooking supplies, games, big TVs, etc. And Charlene the property manager is wonderful!

Awesome week in Exuma!!

The property is outstanding. Being able to walk the beach to Tims Bar was a big plus,for us!The house manager, Charlene, catered to all of our needs and met and exceeded our expectations. I would recommend chef Tevin and his partner Cheree for the catered dinner at the house, 5 stars as well! The owner, Tricia, check in with us,during our stay, to make sure we were all enjoying the property and island. Not one complaint here.Definately would book again!!

Relaxation and Fun

I can't say enough good things about this property. We went down here for my 40th birthday, and it did not disappoint! We live in Atlanta, so a direct flight to GGT, and a short drive to the house, made getting here so quick and convenient. Charlene the property manager was fantastic leading up to and during the stay. We loved having the space of three different houses, all while the main house could accommodate the whole group for activities, games and dinners. I also had my 6 month old with us, and there was a pack'n'play and high chair available which was super clutch. They provided chairs and umbrellas, snorkeling gear, floats to enjoy the water and pool. The soft sandy beach was so nice for walks, especially to the bar 5 minutes away. We did a ew excursions (half day boat tour and Chat n Chill) which I would recommend both. Overall, just a great trip with friends. A combination of relaxation and fun!

Better Every Year

This was our third year back and second year in the house! They’ve added upgrades to the house and makes it feel like you’re on your own little island. Theres also a new beach bar about a 5 minute beach walk from the house. We stayed for 6 nights, and even being on a small island, we felt we needed more time. It’s always so hard leaving this retreat and we can’t wait to get back!

Absolute Paradise

This was my 6th time on the island and 2nd time renting a house. The 9 adults thoroughly enjoyed our 7 night stay at Latitude Adjustment. This house was perfect for our group and offered everything we needed. Very impressed with the overall house, location and commutation between, Charlene- the property manager and Tricia- the property owner. They were both very attentive and wanted to ensure everyone had everything we needed. I am already looking forward to our next visit.

Beautiful Home and Beach

Everyone was great with communication and details. 5 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from town. Beautiful beach as sand is as soft as flour and not rocky. A beach cabana has been added with lounge chairs. Will be back!!

Wife's 50th Birthday

The property is as described and pictured. On a beautiful beach with rarely anyone around. The three separate structures of the property is great to allow some private time between family time. The pool was a big hit with the grandkids, 10,5, 2 and 9 months, due to the water on the beach being a little rough for the little ones. the back patio area was a great place to get up and watch the sunrise and enjoy the morning or the evening. Spent a lot of time here when not on the beach or in the pool. The main house has everything you will need including bug spray, as the bugs can be bothersome for some. But luckily did not bother me, I must be sour. Overall the property is amazing.
