Decepcionante

Reservei uma diária de última hora, pois resolvi passar mais uma dia em Morro de São Paulo. Como estava chovendo bastante resolvemos ficar mais um dia pra pegar a embarcação com o mar menos agitado, mas me arrependi profundamente. Reservamos o quarto standart com suíte, fomos alocados no térreo, o quarto é extremamente pequeno e estreito... Pelas fotos achamos que a suíte teria box, porém o que tinha era uma cortina que não estava higienizada. O quarto não tinha janelas, era todo fechado, tinha apenas uma saída de ar no banheiro. O ar condicionado era bem velho e fazia barulho o tempo todo. Em relação à limpeza... O quarto estava bem sujo. O frigobar não estava funcionando e tinha uma crosta de sujeira nas borrachas e na parte de dentro, ao abrir tava com um mau cheiro terrível. Pra completar durante à noite fui usar o banheiro e apareceu uma barata passeando ao lado do vaso sanitário. A tv não funcionava direito, ficava chiando e chuviscando em todos os canais. Além disso o café da manhã era bem fraco. Fiquei decepcionada com a estadia.

Pousada razoável

Pausada razoável. Atendimento muito receptivo. Porém o quarto é pequeno e pouco confortável. Café da manhã com poucas opções, horário oferecido curto ( 8 às 10h ) e em nenhum dos dias da hospedagem iniciou às 8h ( geralmente só estava pronto a partir das 8:15h e com a quantidade de hóspede ficava concorrido).

Quarto com cheiro insuportável de mofo, sem ventilaçao, TV DE TUBO com sinal pessimo. Ar condicionado um trator que nao conseguiamos dormir. Café da manha, era servido uma fatia de queijo cortada em 4 tiras, quando solicitei mais queijo a moca da cozinha disse que so se eu pedisse para a responsável. Atendimento na recepcao apartir das 20h nao tem ninguem, deixam um número de whats que ninguém responde. As fotos Do site nao representam a realidade da Pousada.

Estadia em morro de São Paulo

Minha estadia foi boa, a localização da pousada é muito boa próxima da praça e dos principais restaurantes e tem uma vista maravilhosa. Peça somente no horário do café que é muito tarde começa a partir das 8:00 o que eu considero tarde para quem está a passeio, deveria ser as 6:00. Mais de forma geral considero minha estadia boa. O Guilherme uma pessoa muito atenciosa e nos recepcionou muito bem.
