the property design (set up) was perfect for our needs as far as the amount of rooms/beds/pool/activities BUT based on Many negatives with the cleanliness and maintenance problems we would NOT stay at this property again. It is poorly maintained/lack cleanliness. 1- Leaking water from roof in the Pool Room...water dripping all over in the ceilings. 2-Sheets in 3 of the rooms were dirty (hair was seen on all 3 on the sheets and pillows and Stains on some of the sheets. 4- Bedspreads in a couple of the rooms were filthy, one had Black stains all over it. 5- Exhaust Fan in Master Bath is full of Lent. 6- Some Showers have Mold around the Tiles. 7- Carpets very dirty and stained. 8- Dust/Spider Webs in many corners around rooms/ceiling. 9- Light Bulbs out in 2 Rooms (7 total). the family room was poorly lit up. 10-Inside Garage was filled with holiday decorations and boxes and bags and Christmas bulbs all over the ground.. We had to move things around and on top of each other in order to be able to pull the car in. 11-There is Black ASH or smoot on the stone in front of the fire place and some on floors) 12- Bed in M/B is super low lumpy and uneven (needs replacing Walls are marked up all over and damaged in some areas and window sills in many areas were filthy. 15-No Toilet Paper in upstairs bathroom. 16- no blow dryers in any Bed/R. 17-Walls are marked up all over window sills in many areas were filthy. 18- Washed out Rock Driveway in areas
