The hotel was way overpriced for the room. The pillows were half the size of a standard pillow. I got in the shower before I realized that there was no shower curtain. I continue to take a shower without the shower curtain and then I went down to the front desk to retrieve a shower curtain for the other person in my room. The hotel had no working juice machine for their breakfast. The temperature control on the wall was non functional It was absolutely not worth the price paid.

Disorganized and not worth the price

I received a text message to complete a pre-arrival process electronically to save time when I arrived so I completed it. I arrive to a very tense situation at the front desk, where they gave the wrong room to the wrong people and had to call them and ask them to vacate. I told the front desk that I did the pre-arrival check in so I just needed to pick up my keys as instructed. She informed me that they do not receive any of the information that we submit and couldn’t tell me why I was doing a pre-arrival check in if they don’t get the information. So I had to do all of the information again at the front desk. There was no water in the lobby. And the front desk people knocked on every single room to find out which ones were vacant and clean. I feel like they should’ve known that. The breakfast was barely edible.

Good business trip stay in the Moorhead/Fargo area

Business trip. Nice stay for a fair price. Newer hotel. Rooms and bed was nice. Even liked the window seat. Breakfast had a typical good selection of hot and cold items with a decent size eating area. The fitness room had 3 aerobic machines, some physio balls, but just one hand bar bell. Could have used more free weights and yoga mats.

My only complaint is that the quality of the mattress and pillows were the worst I have ever slept on at a hotel! The springs in the mattress were noisy and could be felt through the bed… extremely low quality. Disappointing after a long day of travel. I did share my concerns with the front desk and while she was apologetic, there was not much she could do.
