"I received a text 3 hours early that my room was ready. I went one hour early and the room was gross, heat up to 80 (end of May stay) shower not cleaned, bathroom smelled of cig. Appeared sheets had been fluffed not changed and room in serious need of a deep clean. I asked for a different room the only difference was that the air was on and the bathroom didn’t smell. I asked for the sheets to be changed and I went a purchased cleaner for the shower and to wipe surfaces. I do t know how this hotel has good reviews it’s the worst Hilton ive ever stayed at cleanliness wise, the whole place needs deep clean. I had two stars instead of one bc The staff was kind."
