This unit was very clean and the check-in was easy, with the owner providing a key code for entry. As there is no driveway we had to park in the street, but that was not a big problem. The screened and glassed in front porch would be nice in cooler weather, as it is it was rather airless and the windows were not easily opened.

Wonderful Accommodations!

We loved this property. The quiet neighborhood was a nice landing place at the end of our days. Perfect location to travel to Black Canyon of the Gunnison NP, Ouray, and Telluride. Montrose is a great city with nice coffee shops and restaurants. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed this place in downtown Montrose, comfortable, efficient and close to everything. Just still wishing we could have figure out how to use the high-tech induction cooktop as it would have made our home-cooked meals a much better experience.
