The lobby smelled like cigarettes and everything is old. Overall had a very sketchy feeling. Got into my room and there was chewing gum on the wall. Paint was scratched all over and the closet was a cheap coat rack. Went into the bathroom and there was degraded toilet paper in the toilet and it would not flush. Grabbed all my things, went to the lobby and got a refund. Was not able to tolerate staying there and got a room down the street instead.

The young man working the desk at night was extremely helpful and kind. The other staff also have great service. Hotel is a bit run down and it was also not clear until arrival that the pool and hottub were outdoor, but otherwise great stay.

Front desk staff were great. Room should never have been rented. No hot water pressure in shower, torn carpet, ceiling looked like it was about to collapse, filthy walls, on and on. I have photos of everything.
