We had a wonderful stay at L'APPARTEMENT Hotel. The apartment was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The highlight was the beautiful porch with a lovely view—perfect for enjoying morning coffee. The service was excellent throughout our visit, and the breakfast was outstanding, with plenty of delicious options. Most impressively, after we checked out, we realized we had forgotten our extra car key in the room. The staff found it and arranged for its safe return to us. Their honesty and professionalism truly stood out. We highly recommend L'APPARTEMENT Hotel to anyone visiting Montreal!

As for getting the additional services (laundry, parking, etc.), it depends on who you talk to: 4 persons gave us different versions of how to request and use them.
