The best feature of this hotel is its beds. The mattress and the pillowcases were amazing. I haven't had such a good night sleep in a long time. The hotels is so-called accessible room needs rethinking. The toilet was too low and there was no grab bar to pull oneself up because the toilet was too close to the wall. The bathtub was too high to get into safely. But there were grab bars in the bathtub. A rubber mat to prevent slipping in the bathtub was also provided. As with many of these establishments, accessibility is an afterthought and there seems to be little or no consultation of the people who need those amenities to feel safe. The restaurant food was excellent and the service very good.

Was hoping for a calm, nice stay.

The staff was really nice, the place looked really good but the room was dusty. I don't usually leave bad reviews, but we had a bit of a problem that was not well handled in my opinion. I won't go into much detail, but here's what happened. There were children at the pool without supervision, which is not a big deal on its own. I get it, you can't control everything. But some of them were jumping over a part of the pool (from one side to the other). This was so dangerous, I was scared he would get hurt, so we called the front desk to deal with them. They talked to them, but that's pretty much it. The children were splashing everyone who was in the pool, and did not care one bit about everyone else. We tried talking to them to calm down, but they didn't seem to care. Unrelated to this incident, we had booked for 4. We didn't get the towels we needed, I asked for some, and nobody was available to bring them to our room so I went to the lobby. They put a note saying we are 4 in the room and we need more towels every day. That happens, I get it. When our room was cleaned the next day, still not enough towels. I called again, but nobody was available, so I had to go downstairs again. It's just little things, and the way the pool situation was handled (or not in my opinion). I wish it had been a better stay for my family, but unfortunately, this affected our stay. The staff was so nice, but didn't do enough. I don't think I will ever go back there.

On the pricey side for what you get. Stayed at this hotel for over a week. No breakfast and cleaning services were not the best. They always forgot something. Some front desk staff were helpful while others not so much. Also not accommodating that we booked through Expedia. Would not change our rooms even if we were willing to pay the difference in price.

We really enjoyed the restaurant for breakfast. Delicious. Fresh. Staff was excellent. The hotel was nice but our room for 3 people was tight. And they did not provide enough towels or paper products for three. We had to ask. Carpet could have used a bit better clean.
