The hotel’s location is very convenient and easily accessible to nearby subway stations, which made getting around the city simple. However, our check-in experience could have been better. When we entered the room, it was not yet ready—the sheets were not fitted, garbage had not been taken out, and the bathroom towels were left on the floor. We informed the receptionist and were asked to wait about 30 minutes for housekeeping to prepare the room.
Breakfast was okay, though fairly average and could benefit from more variety or quality. Overall, the stay was decent, but improving room readiness at check-in would greatly enhance the guest experience.
