The hotel is very dated inside. If you turn the bathroom light on, the loud exhaust fan comes on also. No safe. Hallways and walls very noisy. Needs updating and painting. Cobwebs in ceiling corner. More in a commercial area. Lobby picture are not reflective of the lobby. Lots of construction noise. No restaurant. No coffee maker in the room.

This property is the worst hotel I have ever been to. It was absolutely horrific, like something out of a horror movie. Had I paid $100 a night I would just accept it. But for over $700 dollars a night?!! Absolutely unacceptable

Property was in a good location. However, the restaurant was under renovations and was not available. You only get the small bars of soap. Shower/body gel is available for showers. No fan in the bathroom and the lighting was terrible throughout the room. Not a horrible stay, tho.

Amazing location! So easy to get around by walking or transit and a reasonable walk to the old port. Beautiful beautiful beautiful! I do wish there was a coffee machine in the room… but I’d recommend hotel chrome anyway!

Terrible Experience – Would Not Recommend I had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel. A major leak in my room caused significant damage – all my clothes and my laptop bag were completely soaked. To make matters worse, the air conditioning didn’t work, leaving the room hot and uncomfortable throughout the night. The bathroom tap was also faulty – the cold tap ran hot – which made using it frustrating and unsafe. On top of that, the door had no functioning closer, which is a serious concern given it’s meant to be a fire door. This level of neglect is unacceptable, and I would not recommend staying here until the hotel addresses these major maintenance and safety issues.
