All was perfectly fine. The only incident was on the last day when a group of guests was roaming the hallway, one even knocked my door at 6:00am, waking me up 3 hours earlier than I planned.

THE GOOD - the location is perfect, close enough to Montreal. The room is sizable, soundproofed well. Checking in was quick and staff were friendly and helpful. THE BAD - each unit had a sign on the door that you can switch from do not disturb to have the room serviced. We left early the next day, for sightseeing and had switched the sign to have our room serviced. We arrived late at night to a room not serviced. I called the front desk and hospitality numerous times and was left unanswered. I finally walked to the lobby, only to find, there was no one there, waited a few minutes - then when I explained the problem, the staff didn't apologize, went to a back room and came out with towels. I was perplexed as his actions, but was too tired to complain. This experience has soured our experience greatly. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be staying here again.

This place should be called Motel Not Hotel. Got greeted by the hotel staff eating and very short . The rooms are extremely outdated . the bathroom shower was horrible and the pipes smelled like a sewer . out of the 5 nights i stayed only 3 times house keeping came to empty garbages and cleaned . no restaurant or bar at hotel . Had to drive to Montreal or take many a ubers there’s nothing around. The last day when i proceeded to check out they again were eating at the front desk and basically told me just to give them my room key , no have a good trip back ,thanks for staying . how was your stay . Nothing total Dismissals very rude . Don’t be fool by the pics this place is a Def Not go back .
