Nice hotel, modern, clean, friendly staff. Quiet room, everything in working order, very happy about that. Nice pool, can get a « bit » noisy when kids are present though! Super underground parking, easy acces, reasonable rates. Not much to do around the hotel, must use the car. But many shops closeby. Would definitely stay there again.

The staff is friendly, but the check in is slow. The faucet in the washroom is weird and needs to be improved badly; you can only either get the very hot, or the cold water, the warm water to wash hands are so hard to get. Overall, it's not one of the best hotels we stay compared to the price.

Breakfast was good however unless there was a guaranteed seating for all in the group together, we’ere not allowed to get food - this made it quite inconvenient and sometimes didn’t have time to wait; housekeeping brought a much better mattress cover the next day for the sofa bed.

Hotel was full of water in lobby , elevator was drink g water and non operational, staff was trying to remove water but 5th floor was flooded and firemen’s were also at Hotel, it was not in condition to stay. I want full refund as I have to spend 2 hours with hotel for refund which they told to get from Expedia as I paid them. also it was so much inconvenience and the reason we booked one night here as my son was not feeling well. It was terrible experience…
