I have stayed here 4 times for business and really like how convenient it is. Besides the convenient aspect, there is plenty of shopping close by and lots of food options. The staff is very welcoming, there is a nice pool and gym and a decent free breakfast as well. It is for sure a great value while visiting the Laval area! DB

I've stayed at this property before and never had a problem. Unfortunately, this time, after the first night I woke up with a an eye infection. I immediately knew it is either the towels or the bedding that had caused this situation. I went to the front desk in the morning and unfortunately I'm at a young man who really just didn't seem to give a damn about my eye or what I was saying. I had asked them to change all the towels, bedding and pillows in my room. Upon return to the room later that evening the room was clean, the bedding was made. I called the front counter to make sure that the bedding and pillows had been replaced and they confirmed that yes it was. It's unfortunate but I won't be staying at this property again
