Accueil chaleureux, aimable et serviable de nuit comme de jour. Studio parfaitement bien équipé. Quartier calme et à proximité du tram avec parking dans le même bâtiment fort apprécié. Je recommande vivement cet établissement.

Très passable prix trop cher en fx des prestas

Chambre d’hôtel, très très petite, ne pas se fier au mètre carré, car le couloir est très grand, mais la chambre était ridiculement petite. Pour un séjour de 23 jours on ne vous fait pas le ménage, on ne change pas les serviettes petit Passiaux extérieur un peu sale cendrier rempli à bord alors qu’il y a du personnel mais qu’il ne s’en occupe pas. J’ai fait une demande un soir, la personne de l’accueil (18/08/2025 18h environ)était sur son portable, ne m’a même pas regardé en me répondant assez sèchement. Prix du petit déjeuner et du parking assez cher. Refus de faire un brin de ménage ou de changer les serviettes lorsqu’on paye 100 € dans un petit hôtel comme celui-ci et très énervant est vraiment abusif.

Our front desk guy was amazing!! He helped with directions, food to order, laundry snd room! Absolutely the best!! The upgrade to better room for the inconveniences of cancelled flights and train helped us unwind so much meant the world! Ty

On the plus side, having a kitchenette turned out to be a huge advantage - but I did not reserve the hotel because of this feature. However, the hallways are extremely dirty, gross. There are stains all over and they look dark and not welcoming. I was also disappointed that I did not receive the silver perk, even after I asked about it. The worst part is that in the hotel description it lists "room cleaning upon request," but it turned out that it also has a surcharge of 25 euros! This should be disclosed up front! I needed to have clean towels, and they told me they would only change them if I brought the dirty ones to the reception. Not a very customer-service oriented approach.

Small apartment was fine. Very limited toiletries. The LESS than warm breakfast sausages and mushy to almost milky scrambled eggs left a lot to be desired. Selection of breads was quite good. Cold cuts and cheese were nice. Location was the biggest issue. Residential area with virtually nothing near by. Significant walk to any restaurant. There is a small grocery store 3 blocks away. Main city square (egg shaped oval actually is 20 minute away through lots of construction. Will be nice when done but for now not so nice. Priced a little high for location in my opinion. Would not likely recommend to my friends. City of Montpellier is very nice with lots of history and charm. Uber service in town is very good.
