The hotel is fairly nice. I think a little more detail can be given to cleanliness. The floors clearly needed mopping. My son walked barefoot out of the shower and it made black prints across the floor, which means it was dirty. Plus there were stains on the floors throughout the room and bathroom. The bed did not have fitted sheets. Instead it had large sheets that were not neatly tucked in the bed making process. The mattresses were not comfortable. They were firm, which is not a problem, but they were some what lumpy and droopy at the sides and you had to aim for sitting in the middle or else you'd kind of slide off. It would be nice if they provided laundry bags for dirty laundry as other hotels do. The check-in process was fairly quick and easy. Customer service was good. It is located outside of the city on a back road, so it is secluded. It is quiet and there is plenty of parking. There is self parking and complimentary valet parking. The casino floor is nice and there are many options for slot machines. There is a room for smokers to play slots as well and when they open the door there is a wave of smoke that can be smelled, so there is exposure to smoke. We ate at the B.B. King restaurant. The food was not awful but I didn't want to go back. The Love on the Delta drink I ordered was superb. There were many employees walking around but only one person waited on and bussed tables. She was a hard worker and was unable to give tables the attention they deserved.

Did online check in from link recieved. It said scan bar code at hotel koisk. It is a big tablet at the front desk. First time doing this, the front desk lady assisted me through the process. Extremely helpful! The room 415 was fantastic. Huge, clean, comfortable! Already recommemded it to family that dont gamble. BB King fish bites and Collards was wonderful at the bar Happy Hour. All staff we came in contact with were Freindly and professional. Needed a few things at room was given more than enough! Offered a microwave but didnt need it. The room has a door bell, wow. Exceeded our expectations! We will be back next month!
