We liked that this hotel is cat friendly. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was ok, sausage gravy and biscuits, sausage patties were pretty greasy and the egg patties were convenient for them, you could make waffles, have a danish, cereal, muffins or bagels.

Room smelled. First hotel I stayed in and not any carpet any where. Air conditioner did not work properly. Breakfast would have been ok if they stocked it. Ended up walking to McDonald’s. Will not stay here again

Don’t stay if your looking to rest.

Check-in went great we arrive late. Had two rooms offered an adjoining room, no issues. Upon coming off the elevator, there were some broken tiles no big deal we were able to maneuver around never thought about it again. Room smelled of mildew . We got settled in around 2 AM to be awoken by jackhammers and barking dogs before 9 AM. Called the desk to inquire what in the world the sound was and they were oblivious. While trying to settle back down, housekeeping knocked on the door an hour and a half before check-out. Overall bad experience.

The staff was friendly, the rooms were well cleaned and beds were comfy. We stayed 5 nights at this location and the first 3 nights were great. The forth night there was a toddler screaming and crying in the hallway at 3:45 am, not the hotels fault but we were then awake for the rest of the night. On night 5, there was what appeared to be a homeless person that snuck in and was sleeping on the couch outside the third floor elevator. Had I not been with my family and if it was not our last night here, I would have been frightened and immediately checked out.

The lady at the front desk was very friendly and personable. The room smelled like "wet dog" and wasn't as clean as I would expect for the price. Breakfast was quite interesting, sausage gravy but no biscuits....LOTS of microwaved eggs....We went to McDonald's and got breakfast. Very Disappointing.

One of the bathroom overhead light bulb was burned out. All other lights in the rooms was low wattage dim. Can't sit on toilet seat. View out of the window is consists of large train-car size storage containers. The property is old and needs extensive remodeling. Staff was unfriendly.

Excellent service by receptionist. Room was ok. Like the large container of bath products in the shower. Tried to use the microwave and blew out the power to everything in the room including the phone so had to get dresses and go to lobby. Changed to a different, larger room and everything was fine from there. Way too expensive on Sat. ($208) Then had added pet fee. Not happy with that.
