The hotel is good and well located. I booked a room just to sleep because I left my luggage at my sister's house. The first night everything was fine. The second night the key card didn't work. I went to reception and they fixed it. I went to enter the room and it was occupied by other people. I went back down. They assigned me another room and it was also with other people. That happened with four rooms that they assigned me. A disaster.

I was so thankful for an early check in after an all night flight. They also held my bag for the last day after checkout. It was easy to find my way. The only thing I wish was that I had a room w a view. Ah well. You can't have it all.

Great location on the Rambla, recommended!

This Hotel Ibis location is along the Rambla, a convenient walking or taxi distance between the old town and new town. Clean, quiet, and secure with great service and friendly staff - I would definitely stay here again.
