Espléndida villa de 2 plantas con una gran terraza contigua de unos 25 metros cuadrados. con mesa y tumbona (como se muestra en la foto) con una maravillosa vista al mar. La casa está rodeada por un amplio y encantador jardín (ver fotos y leer reseñas) con olivos, limoneros y árboles frutales. También hay una barbacoa al aire libre con leña disponible. Es ideal para aquellos que desean paz, silencio, relajación, privacidad total. La distancia de la playa, tiendas y restaurantes es de unos 400 metros. La villa tiene un dormitorio doble y un dormitorio con 2 camas individuales (ver foto). Hay 2 baños separados con ducha. Se proporciona: ropa de cama y toallas, aire acondicionado en cada habitación, lavadora, secador de pelo, cocina de gas, tostadora, microondas, hervidor de agua y cafeteras.
¡Importante! El precio del alquiler incluye la disponibilidad gratuita de línea de Internet + Wi-Fi. Además, considerando que en Monterosso existe la imposibilidad de aparcar excepto por una tarifa (¡unos 100 euros por semana!), hay una plaza de aparcamiento gratuita disponible. Importante: 1) No se requiere depósito/alijo por ningún daño porque hay que tener respeto no solo por las personas sino también por las cosas. 2) Ruego, al hacer la reserva, evitar dejar fracciones de 3-4 días libres entre un período y otro. 3) Tenga en cuenta que solo se debe pagar una tasa turística por los primeros 3 días de su estancia. Asciende a 3 € por persona que se abona en efectivo a su llegada, por el que se emitirá un recibo. Herrlicher Urlaub in bester Lage

Sehr schön gelegen mit herlichem Meeresblick, hier kann man die Seele baumeln lassen und ist totzdem nur einen Katzensprung vom Meer und dem treiben dort entfernt.

A refuge of peace overlooking a tourist hotspot

What an absolute joy to stay in the home of such an amazing host. Luigi put his heart & soul into building this cozy, comfortable home with a lovely patio, garden, & views from most rooms. This is not a cold, sterile rental, this feels like being a guest in a dear friend’s home. Close to all that Monterosso has to offer, but far enough up the hill to be a place of peace, privacy & refuge. We will forever cherish our stay here and our wonderful host .

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la villa de Luigi. Elle est idéalement placée pour visiter les 5 terre.Tout est accessible à pied.Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par Luigi son épouse, et leur petit chien.Nous recommandons cette villa.

Everything we hoped for and more!

The property is as advertised; a rustic villa overlooking Monterosso al Mare. Beautiful garden setting to which we could escape from the day time crowds, yet only a short walk into town for morning and evening adventures. The hosts were charming and very accommodating. Beautiful Vill Retreat

We had such a fabulous stay this amazing villa! We enjoyed relaxing on the patio surrounded by the beautiful gardens and overlooking the sea. The villa felt like a secluded and relaxing retreat. We enjoyed walking up and down the trail along the stream to go to and from the beach. Retreating back to the villa at the end of the day was so comfortable. The inside of the house was clean, comfortable and decorated with charming personal touches. The kitchen was very well outfitted. We made coffee in the mornings and a couple of pasta meals that we enjoyed on the patio. Our host Luigi was very friendly and accomodating and made sure we new everthing we need to know about the villa. Our entire stay was absolutely lovely and we are so looking forward to returning to this lovely villa as soon as I can!

We had a wonderful stay at Luigi's! The house is even bigger and nicer than on the photos, and the garden and patio are just incredible. You are just away from the business of the tourists, with a view down to the bay, but a 5 minute walk brings you down into the action.And Luigi was a wonderful host, incredibly charming and welcoming, treating us like family from the moment we met!

Beautiful and peaceful!!

The view of the ocean was stunning, the gardens were lush and peaceful and away from the crowds, but only a 8 min walk into town, we could cook and eat out easily. It also had parking!There is a winding staircase to the bedrooms but it was fine for us! Loved staying there and Luigi was a wonderful host!

Incredible Stay, Wonderful View, Lovely Listing!

Luigi has cultivated such a wonderful Villa, my wife and I had a lovely honeymoon staying there. The view every morning was Gorgeous! We really enjoyed the peace and quiet offered to us hidden away from the hustle and bustle of the town. We loved the architecture of the home equipped with AC, kitchenette, two full baths, and my wife especially enjoyed the books of several languages noted on the shelves. The art and decor made the villa feel homey. The garden was lovely and a great place to sip some wine, coffee or tea while enjoying the tranquility and beatiful view overlooking the town and the sea. Clear instructions were provided for checking in and Luigi was very responsive to all of our questions. He gave us recommendations of the local area! Luigi is a wonderful host and we could not be happier with our stay! We will be back to his villa as soon as possible!

Great place with splendid view

Our stay in Monterosso was great. Luigi was the friendliest host you can imagine. He supplied us wirh water and wine and was ready to answer all our questions. Maison au calme proche mer

La maison est située un peu à l’écart du centre ville, au calme avec toutes les commodités. A 10 min de la plage et des commerces (pas de supermarché, le plus proche est à LEVANTO), seul bémol quasiment 80% de la plage est privatisée ! Idéale comme point de départ pour visiter les cinque terre à pied ou en train. Propriétaire très avenant.

Ferienhaus mit Charme

Wir hatten ein paar wunderschöne Tage in Monterosso. Das Ferienhaus liegt abseits des täglichen Trubels im Ort, der Ort und auch der Strand ist aber trotzdem in sehr kurzer Zeit (ca. 5-7 Minuten) zu Fuß erreichbar. Vom Ferienhaus und dem dazugehörigem Garten ( dem man zur alleinigen Nutzung hat) hat man einen supertollen Blick auf das Meer.

Beautiful villa and Perfect Host!

Our three week stay at this beautiful villa was absolutely perfect. The views were stunning from our lovely veranda where we enjoyed many peaceful hours. Luigi was the most perfect host we have ever encountered! He met us at the train to assist with luggage and even went to grocery store for us/-even taking us one time and treating us to lunch! The nicest man ever! The furnishings were nice with comfy beds, air conditioning and views from every room. The garden is full of lemon trees, olive trees, etc. The hill is a bit of a challenge when walking but taxis could easily be called. Look for short cut stairs to beach and town. Perfect stay for three women in their 60’s and one college age girl!

Perfect for vacationing with older children

Luigi is the perfect host, absolutely friendly and caring. He left us his wonderful house, which is just as beautiful as in the pictures, in Monterosso - by the way the most attractive of the Cinque Terre. We appreciated most that everything you may need is available in the house. We arrived by car and were greatful for the included parking. During our stay, we used the train or boat for travelling. Thank you to Luigi for this wonderful vacationing experience!

Villa mit traumhaften Garten und toller Aussicht auf das Meer

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Villa hat eine traumhafte Sicht auf das Meer und ist ruhig, etwas ausserhalb des Stadtzentrums gelegen. In ca. 5 min. ist man am Strand und im Dorfzentrum. Monterosso ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt um das Cinque Terre zu erkunden. Luigi und seine Frau sind sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeber, denen am Wohl der Gäste gelegen ist.

Havre de quiétude

Nous avons été tres bien accueilli par Luigi et son épouse, la maison est super, très bien située, a tout le confort nécessaire et est à l'écart du centre tout en restant accessible en moins de 10 minutes à pied! Le parc de la maison est beau et entretenu à la perfection. La region est magnifique, facile a visiter en train, les balades entre les villages des cinque terre sont riche en découvertes et les vues tout simplement grandioses! Je recommande à 100%

Vacances de rêve

La maison de Luigi et Emily est superbe, très au calme. Elle a tout le confort et une grande terrasse ombragée dans un magnifique jardin ( voir les photos) Luigi et Emily sont des hôtes extrêmement chaleureux, gentils et serviables. Vous trouverez dans la maison tout le nécessaire pour votre quotidien Les lits sont très confortables La climatisation est très agréable et bénéfique Aucun point négatif à signaler La voiture peut rester garée sans avoir à la déplacer car la gare se trouve à 10 minutes à pied et on voyage de village en village pour visiter les Cinqueterre On peut aussi prendre le bateau La plage de sable se trouve également à 10 petites minutes à pied de la maison Quoi de mieux? Vraiment, notre semaine chez Luigi a été parfaite! N'hésitez pas !
