We were pleasantly surprised with the family townhome separation of space with two full bathrooms. We had a teen traveling with us so it was perfect for our 3 night stay! Mattresses were comfie. Our room faced a busy street, so we could hear the traffic with windows open. The upstairs vaulted ceiling was too warm while the downstairs was nice & cool. Absolutely no protein options served for breakfast. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked really nice. Great value for the space.

Property was well maintained and clean. I thought the bed was overly hard along with the pillows. Don’t know why hotels which are nice spend very little on mattresses. The doors to enter the hallway of rooms had an electronic pad for your key card to enter but these didn’t work and anyone from the outside public would be able to enter the hotel including the hallways of the rooms which is unsafe. Spa closed at 9pm. That electronic door lock didn’t work either so the lady would bring a large cable with padlock to lock the pool door. Overall an ok property.

Wasn’t worth the cost

Beds were rock hard and the pillows were flat. Lots of road noise and several mornings around 6 am there was a landscape or construction crew running loud equipment.

Amazing property, I had concerns of my room and they re-assigned me a new room. Very accommodating as well! Breakfast could have been better, just bagels, cereal, oatmeal, and muffins- Occasionally yogurt. I would come here again for sure just based on the location and convenience of the location. Great customer service :)

The location is convenient, it’s not on a very busy road but still within about 10 minutes of popular destinations. The room was good but the bathroom was old, small, and the sink was oddly low.

The fitness center had the majority of the equipment missing. The hot tub did not work. The WiFi signal was extremely weak. We had a stronger signal on our phones. The room was dark and had a chemical smell.

We were pleasantly surprised with the space! Two levels, two bathrooms, two separate sitting areas, great separation of space for families. However, the upstairs was hotter than the downstairs which made if difficult to make everyone comfortable. The breakfast on the go lacked any protein. We would stay there again for the cost.

My room had a lot of issues. The access key they gave me didn't work multiple times, and I had to keep going to the office to get it fixed. Also, there was no cold/normal water in my bathroom, it was only pouring burning hot water and I tried complaining about it and still the issue did not get fixed. The room & bathroom was tiny, and the breakfast had only bagels & bread. For the price, I expected better experience. This felt like a expensive motel.

Staff was not very friendly

When I got to the hotel around 11ish, the front desk staff told me the room was not available until 4pm. The young girl told me the room was not clean yet and told me to come back at 4pm. I ask if I can come around 3ish, she said no only at 4pm. However when i came around 3:40pm, it was already ready for me to check in. This is my first time someone telling me i can’t check in early until 4pm, which is totally ridiculous. I don’t think i will come back to this hotel or recommend to anyone of my family or friends. On top of it, you need to request to get your room remake or clean otherwise they won’t do anything. And breakfast was literally just pastries and coffee not even eggs and bacon.

Not awesome, bad staff, unaccommodating, broken elevator for most of trip and located on 3rd floor, no offers to my wife to assist with her disability with inconvenience of broken elevator, dangerous screw sticking out of Murphy bed headboard when the dangerous screw was removed, the headboard fell off the Murphy bed. Beautiful pool. Dirty floors in room, horrible water pressure in the shower.

Great family friendly getaway

The room was clean and comfortable. It had a little patio seating area. I enjoyed the fireplace. The microwave and mini frodge were nice to have. The pool was heated and the hot tub was perfect. Great location, lots of good and shopping near by. The Aquarium was only a 10 min drive.

Our elevator was out of service for the entire stay. We were on the top floor, so very inconvenient to say the least. During our stay there was no attempt for the elevator for be fixed nor was anything offered for our inconvenience. We have stayed here before and never had any issues, so this was very disappointing.

Good location .. elevator not working and we were in the third floor ..stayed 5 days . Breakfast included was just ok .. hoping for more protein choices . Mall near hotel for additional food choices . Heated pool was nice .. would I stay there again ? Prob because of the location ..yes
