Coastal Soul - Monterey House - Monterey Living
This comfortable bungalow is less than a half mile to the ocean, a few blocks to the Naval Postgraduate School, and walking distance to downtown Monterey's breweries, bakeries, restaurants and shops. The light-filled home opens to a huge backyard where you can barbecue, relax in the sun, or get cozy by the wood-burning chiminea. The kitchen is fully-equipped (minus a dishwasher), there's an office area in the living room along with a fireplace and a separate dining area. Two bedrooms (one King, one Queen) share a hall bath with a tub/shower. Driveway parking for several cars and street parking (72 hour limit).
The vacation home features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms and a dining area. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.
