The host was very welcoming. Thin might sound odd, but the pillows were very good and didn’t smell dirty at all!It’s a gorgeous location- lots of shops and enotecas. Loved hearing the church bells and the rooftop deck gives an unparalleled view. The hills are something else! The only downside was dragging suitcases .25 miles uphill. But we got in a good workout doing it. Would highly recommend.

It is a magnificent apartment. The hosts were attentive and accommodating, very helpful to us navigating some parking issues we didn’t understand. They seemed very much like our personal hosts, eager to assist. The rooftop view over the hills of Tuscany and the rooftops of Montepulciano was breathtaking. We couldn’t get enough. Creature comforts were perfect. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

Our stay exceeded our expectations ! This VRBO is located in a very convenient location in the middle of town right near all the restaurants, bars, and sights. The VRBO is very spacious and clean and our host was very responsive and hospitable. We spent a lot of time on the rooftop terrace enjoying the views and nice glass of wine. We could not recommend this place enough!

Just book it!!

All I can say is this was the best experience! The views from the apartment were insane during the day, and the star watching at night was just as beautiful while drinking a local bottle of wine. Apartment was spacious and comfy beds! Perfect location to all the shops and restaurants. Franzy was wonderful! Quick response, lots of recommendations and so kind! Go where she tells you . Best experience!

Absolutely amazing!

Our stay here was fabulous! Francesca met us a few hours earlier than our check-in, and we were fortunately able to check in early. She proceeded to help us with our bags up the flights of stairs to the apartment, which is absolutely adorable. The rooftop deck is such a bonus, we were right in the heart of the village close to everything. She gave us recommendations for dinner, wine bars, and anything else you could think of! She was an amazing host and I can’t give enough stars here! We cannot wait to go back and will be telling our friends about this place. It is truly magical and Montepulciano is so special. If I could give six stars I would, it was that good. Thank you so much to our hosts!

Exceeded expectations

The property was perfect for our trip. Each room has its own bathroom. The rooftop patio was excellent for morning coffee / evening wine and has incredible views of town and the surrounding countryside. Its central location was perfect for exploring Montepulciano and we were close to a car park, so it was easy to get to farms and vineyards. The kitchen is small, which is fine for small meals, but won’t work for larger ones. Francy is fantastic. She was such a great communicator, made sure we got settled, and made excellent recommendations both in town and on our way from the airport.

Amazing!

The 4 nights we spent in Montepulciano in the Dell'Erbe apartment were the favourite part of our 2.5 week trip. We loved being in the historic city centre. Parking in the P6 lot was fairly convenient for doing day trips. We found so many good restaurants in Montepulciano that we could easily walk to. Francy was very responsive and helpful. All in all it was a fabulous experience. We hope to return!

Amazing stay in Montepulciano

We can’t say enough good things about this unique rental. Yes, there are stairs but they are worth it for the amazing views of the charming Tuscan hill town and countryside. Very modern and clean unit with breathtaking views from the terrace. Building is very secure and Francia was an excellent host. She communicated with us before we arrived and offered concierge service assisting with winery tour and restaurant reservations. Location is perfect with shops and restaurants right outside your door. All in all a wonderful stay!

The attic

It matched the photos perfectly. It was our favorite place of 4 others. Lots of steps but that helped with all the pasta, pizza & wine we consumed. Breakfast was provided right across the street. Communication with the owner was beyond helpful! She was fantastic! We would stay again anytime. The village itself was so charming & wonderful restaurants. The people are very friendly.

Amazing apartment

My husband, friends and I stayed in this amazing apartment for 5 nights and loved it. Francesca and Lucia were kind and helpful with everything from check in to parking and dinner reservations. The apartment was clean and luxurious and the view was stunning. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Montepulciano!

Best part of our trip

All we can say is WOW! From initial booking, to many questions before our arrival, to quickly answering questions while we were in town, Francy was amazing to work with. She provided many recommendations and all were wonderful. She is so lovely. The apartment was great for our family of 4, with 2 teenage daughters. Centrally located for everything in town. Enough room for everyone and 2 great bathrooms. The roof top deck is wonderful. We spent so much time up there and even just stayed in one night and ate up there because the view was so beautiful. We would definitely stay here again and wish we had more time there. It was our favorite part of the trip.

Marvelous Apartment in the heart of the city

We stayed in this charming and stylish apartment for 3 blissful days. It is located in a great part of the town, close to great shopping and restaurants. Breakfast at a darling little bar/cafe across the street was included in the price. Francy and Lucy went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Francy helped us make dinner reservations every evening and were always available to answer questions and provide aid. Lucy helped lug our bags up the 2 flights of stairs and was so delightful in every way. We would go back in a heartbeat! The apartment is beautifully furnished and has a rooftop patio that will make you swoon at the beauty of the area. This apartment really is the best of the best.

Perfect place to stay!

We loved our stay here! We travel and stay in Vrbo’s frequently, and this was by far one of the best property’s we have stayed at. Not only did it have everything that you could want fully stocked, it is very tastefully updated while still maintaining the Tuscan charm. Francy and Lucy were incredibly helpful throughout our stay, the best hosts we have ever had! They helped with dinner reservations, winery recommendations, and any other questions we had! Will absolutely recommend this apartment to any friends visiting Tuscany!

Montepulciano with a view

We enjoyed our stay very much. So nice to be right in the center of things. A lot of up and down hills, but my 85 year old mother managed with our help. The apartment was very bright and clean.

Penthouse apartment with amazing views!

We stayed 3 nights in this lovely two bedroom penthouse apartment in a historic palazzo right in the heart of Montepulciano. The apartment was clean and well decorated with historic wooden beams and had an amazing roof top deck with expansive views of the countryside and rooftops of the town. Francy was amazing, helping us with parking and making dinner reservations for us. Free breakfast at a local and historic cafe was a lovely touch. Pantry was well stocked including a nice variety of local wines available for purchase. I highly recommend staying here and we hope to return!
