staff was not friendly at all. Our bathroom was not cleaned properly. I feel as if the area needs lots of improvement as well. The food was not on point it was cold and stale this cooperation needs to get a step up. There where cockroaches every where there was also rats running around the place maybe they need to get some cats to help with that problem honestly.

There wasn’t much to like. We didn’t like how we had to ask for things that were supposed to be in the room. I had to ask three times before I got an iron. The Wi-Fi really sucked

I didn't like my room it look nothing like what pick online, they switch my room to a older room where all the outside noises was at by pool and live music so i could barely sleep.. the bathroom is extremely small... the toilet is made for a child... plus they allowed the MPW workers to eat all the food before the paying guest.... i would never stay there again

My room wasnt what i expected, the bathroom need a fixer upper it was just basic yhe mirror in yhe bathroom had fungus or whatever that was all over the tub rust and nothing excited for the cost it wasnt worth it.

Breakfast was ok, nothing exciting about their food however the waitresses and waitors was very pleasant and hard working

I feel very safe here. I found myself unexpectedly solo and I haven’t been to Jamaica in years so I was a bit unfamiliar with my surroundings.The food was good and they had entertainment and a nice beach area to swim. The staff made me feel welcome and safe. Would definitely stay here again.

They had the same thing for breakfast lunch and dinner everyday, got sick one of the days with diarrhea and upset stomach not to mention the roaches the size of terantulas and no running water for the shower. Had to shower with the faucet. Private beach is very very small
