We enjoyed ourselves overall. I went with my son who is six and my wife. This is now a Hyatt and not a Hilton, we are resolving that with Expedia separately. All the people that work here were friendly as expected. If you eat a lot of meat, food will be great. For vegetarians there weren’t as many options during the day or night at buffet. Our air conditioning worked well sometime and other times not as good. The properly had a lot of locals with day passes. The rooms are outdated and furniture has a kind of old smell also, could be due to humidity exposure and needs to be upgraded. Cleaning around the pool could be better as spilled drinks weren’t cleaned for days and trash from night before could be seen at the pool. The lazy river is very small and the slides aren’t very kid friendly. There isn’t a water park, having one slide doesn’t make it a water park. We liked the coffee shop a lot. This is all inclusive so food quality to us was just average or eatable. Overall the photos are misleading on Expedia and I would say this hotel needs a lot of work. Sharing an honest review that would have helped us before booking.

My family had a great time at Dreams. Both my 20 and 14 year olds found plenty to do to stay busy and happy. During the evenings and nights, my wife and I hung out while they had their in room screen time or walked around eating ice cream and other junk from the coffee shop. The lazy river and slides were fun for us all. Great entertainment at the pool and during the evenings. Very clean hotel. The rooms are a little dated, but clean and well maintained. The staff was great, but a few here and there that just didn't seem to want to be bothered. I thought that was comical and moved on.Food and drink options were good. Dreams is not a luxurious resort, but it's a great place for families and all ages to enjoy.

Our stay at Dreams Resort was a disappointment. The front desk staff provided wrong information about our room tier, and the property itself, including the rooms and facilities, felt dated. Dining options were limited, and housekeeping was inconsistent. ​The aggressive sales pitches were a major issue. We were immediately hit with a timeshare pitch at check-in and constantly hassled throughout our stay. The sales manager was visibly upset and unfriendly after we declined the offer. ​While the bar, wait, and entertainment staff were friendly, the overall experience was subpar and didn't meet our expectations for the cost or the Hyatt affiliation. We will not be returning.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience during my stay at Dreams Rose Hall. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the warm and welcoming staff who made me feel right at home. The atmosphere at the resort is truly inviting and relaxing, perfect for unwinding and enjoying a tropical getaway. The food and drinks were nothing short of excellent — delicious, beautifully presented, and with a great variety to suit all tastes. The entertainment was top-notch, with something for everyone, ensuring there was never a dull moment. Whether you're looking for lively shows, relaxing activities, or fun-filled evenings, this resort delivers A++! Overall, my stay was memorable and exceeded all my expectations. I highly recommend Dreams Rose Hall to anyone seeking a luxurious, fun-filled, and welcoming Jamaican escape.This was my 3rd visit I can't wait to return!

Food was very good - room was clean and bed was comfortable! Lazy River was a plus even for us adults! Beer was cold and drinks were great! Room was always cold and cleaned each day which was good! Frig was restocked each day with 2 beers and soft drinks and water! Bathroom was small but nice and clean. They did want 40.00 to add lobster which we did not pay or eat. Go early for supper or just do the buffet which was delicious

Bringing the Jamaican culture into the hotel and promoting it in a positive way has made the stay most enjoyable, and as a UK Jamaican, making me feel like I’m coming back home with the genuine authentic food options. The rooms were cleaned well. The staff were on hand to assist with anything.
