It was family friendly. The food was Delicious, the staff fantastic. It was my anniversary and My Husband’s birthday together and Darien out done himself with the decorations What a terrific party . Kimone Scott Reid is a fantastic server. She goes over and beyond for her guest.

Loved everything about this property. Staff was extremely polite and helpful. Entertainment was good every night. Def child friendly. Only thing I would suggest is updating the music tracks. Although they are good. It can be repetitive. There is so so much more music out there to change up with

Their waterpark was amazing and fun for my 3 and 7 year old. They have a pool bar and entertainment in that area so can get rowdy for so many little ones around. The lazy river was amazing and relaxing. They beach was filled with seaweeds in which they do not clean, and smaller sand area for kids compared to other resorts we were in. The food and drinks were okay, breakfast at the buffet was our favorite and dinners were not appetizing and hard to cater to picky eaters. The one thing i didn't like was the hospitality/welcoming from a lot of the staff. It felt like i was bothering them for my coffee or trying to get food. What was worst is, I would ask staff about events, or even the fitness room and no one was able to really help. I had email reservations for the steak house and got confirmation for 6 even though i did say 4. When trying to fix it, i was always passed off to someone else, waited 20mins, only to take care of it the next day, very frustrating. I would come back for the waterpark only and for my kids but will keep searching other hotels

The outside of the property of beautiful; however, the inside is dated. The shower was absolutely disgusting. We encountered a power outage and the elevators did not work. My last day the elevator was out and we had to take the stairs with our luggage. Just awful!!!
