Charming cottage with garden and private terrace in Montbrison

70m² gîte on the raised ground floor, next to the owners' house. It opens onto the living room with a fitted and equipped kitchen opening onto the dining area and the relaxation lounge. There are two bedrooms: a master bedroom with a 140 cm bed & a small "cabin" bedroom with two 90 cm beds, and a bathroom (shower - sink and toilet). The exteriors consist of a garden and a courtyard shared with the owners, a parking space and a private terrace of 20m². Unusual wooden "pavilion" nestled in a quiet and peaceful residential area on the eastern slope of Montbrison. Prime location at the start of several hiking trails, next to the St-Jacques-de-Compostelle route and in the heart of the Monts du Forez rich in preserved landscapes. This former "Lab" has been completely renovated into a comfortable holiday home. The cottage features a charming terrace with a private pergola where you can enjoy the view of the lush garden filled with trees and flowers. To make your stay even more enjoyable, utilities and heating are included, and beds are made upon arrival.
