Clean, Convenient

This hotel met my needs for a simple one night stay. It's a quick walk to the main part of town, so there is easy access to shops and restaurants. There is beach access right across the street, though the beaches were closed during my visit, so I cannot speak to that experience which I imagine would be a good reason to stay at this hotel. There is a pool, which I believe is shared with a related inn next door, that seemed clean and adequate, though I also did not go into it. It's a small room, but it was clean and comfortable.

We paid quite a lot for our stay and were disappointed with the room. It was very small, and the air conditioner was noisy, making it hard to sleep. We could also hear noise from other rooms, which added to the disturbance. On the positive side, the room was very clean, but overall it did not feel like good value for the price.

room was great, check in was a breezed, easy access to the beach....but the property around is old and very unappealing .....an alley way with ping pong tables...not a plant or flower just all rocks and old looking building I would not recommend this to anyone but it was good for my short stay. Very clean. Quiet. Easy access to beach. One minute walk to town. Pool area was clean and spacious. Large ice machine was very convenient. My only minor complaint was the mattress. Not comfortable. Other than that, it was a great experience.

Our first visit to Montauk

Staff was extremely helpful. We arrived late. We had requested a first floor room as I am handicapped. We were told only 2nd floor rooms. The woman at the front desk went somewhere, came back and found a first floor room for us.. The room was nice, kind of small, but we managed. It was super clean and neat. The housekeepers kept it that way for entire stay. We needed and extra pillow and tissues. We called the front desk. They came by in just minutes. Lovely experience!
