Excellent séjour malgré le problème de réservation qui ne semble pas la faute du proprio

il y a eu une petite confusion au niveau de notre réservation sur VRBO. Le propriétaire n’avait que reçu mon nom, il n’avait pas accès à mon adresse courriel pour communiquer avec moi. Comme je n’avais pas reçu le processus d’accueil, à notre arrivée, nous avons contacté le propriétaire et il s’est rapidement déplacé pour venir nous accueillir. Il a été très accommodant malgré la difficulté de communication, qui ne relevait pas de lui, mais plutôt du système de réservation.Le logement était très confortable, il est bien situé et nous avons apprécié notre séjour à cet endroit.
