Enjoy a private, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee maker, and all necessary utensils. The loft offers full air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, private washing machine, TV, and step-free indoor access. Families will find a baby bed, high chair, and shared toys and books for children.
Outside, relax in your private 150 m² garden and a 25 m² bioclimatic pergola with outdoor furniture. The heated 12 x 5 m outdoor pool, covered by a pool shelter, is shared with the owners. A plancha grill is also available.
Parking includes a space under the pergola, reserved just for you. A shared dryer is provided for your convenience. Smoking is allowed on the terrace. Pets are not permitted.
